Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch at hello@kirabolton.com to provide photographs of your item and I will be happy to offer a refund or provide a replacement if possible.

Rules for returns and refunds apply to all orders regardless of payment method.

Unfulfilled orders maybe cancelled up to 15 minutes after payment. After this time, I am unable to cancel your order.
